Martial Fitness combines aerobic exercises that are Martial Arts based with stretching.

If you are going to do an exercise correctly and safely, you really need correct instruction. So if an exercise is based upon kicking and punching, you might as well learn how to do it well. Most aerobic classes that offer kicking and punching are not interested if you are doing it correctly. We are, so we teach you how to kick and strike like a pro, whilst still having a workout.
We make sure the music is upbeat and the exercise is fun. It also includes a lot of stretching and flexibility training.
Stretching your body is an essential way to reduce injury, it makes exercise easier when your body is not stiff.
